Hire, Vouchers, Insurance

For fashion fiends hiring certain things for a month may be a little better than buying. In other words you could have a Louis Vuitton bag for sixty dollars a month rather than purchasing it at a couple of hundred. Vouchers can also be an important thing to have for saving money.

There are vouchers at supermarkets that will allow you to spend a lower amount on a product or you could find a promotional code to use. These types of vouchers can save you a lot of money when things are tight.

Insurance is another area you could save. Shopping around for a different insurance policy or lowering the coverage amount to what is most affordable can save you a great deal. For example price comparing could get your auto premiums down. You could also save on insurance by having the entire payment upfront rather than paying in instalments. Most of the insurance companies tack on an extra charge for the monthly fee because of the tax, processing, and risk involved in having you pay a smaller amount.

Entertaining is not always a necessity. You do want to have fun, but you could do a pot luck dinner rather than creating the entire meal. This helps you to save as well as the others to save.
